Uniform free fridays

Today in our psych class we were talking about conformity, and some girl mentioned that her school required uniforms monday through thursday. But on fridays they had “free friday,” where students could wear what they wanted. 

Our prof then asked if people clumped together more on fridays, based on what they were wearing, and she said yes. The moral of the story here is that I wouldn’t talk to someone wearing crocs. Just because I wouldn’t wear crocs… but I like being comfortable. And so do people who wear crocs. AND THE POINT IS - WHAT IF MY SOULMATE WEARS CROCS… jokes. He would never do such a thing. But in all honestly - it’s just weird how something so little could affect the people you hang out with, or date, or seriously even marry and choose to have a family with.

Good thing I’m only 20 and I have impeccable taste and judgement so we’ll never ever ever need to worry about me making a snap judgement decision ever. Oh wait.
